All Steps maintains an insurance policy that covers ALL employees for Liability, Malpractice, Theft, and Non-owned Auto. Additionally, as per state regulations we maintain a Worker's Compensation Policy for all employees. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
All of our new hires undergo an extensive orientation and safety training process – more... to familiarize them with what is expected of them and also what they can and cannot do as caregiver employees of All Steps Home Care.
Once we have selected the best caregiver to meet your loved ones needs they are brought to the patient's home for a personal introduction by one of our senior staff members prior to beginning work. This makes it easier on the patient as it gives them a chance to get to know their caregiver and it allows us to make certain that it is the proper fit.
All Steps Home Careprovides Introductions by our management team. Introducing new caregivers so that they have a complete understanding of what their duties are. Personal introductions also ensures that our Clients are comfortable with whom we have brought to provide the care. Other home care providers-Often no Introduction is done, and an employee is just sent out to the home.
All Steps Home Careprovides hands on care. Our operations allow us to actually provide hands on care if the care requires it.... we provide companionship care for the terminally ill. Other home care providers, certain agencies and franchise operations often times do not allow them to provide hands on care.
All Steps Home Care - like calling family. When loved ones are sick we depend on family to help take care of them. Whether the care is for someone coming out of the hospital or for someone just needing companionship care, we can provide that care. Our staff is knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy.
