Super nice management, good pay and flexibility, but ultimately boring and tedious work

Pros: good pay-$11 dollars and hour, great flexibility, work in your pjs while sipping coffee, opportunity for commissions $$$, not difficult work at all
Cons: you have to use your own equipment, the work is not exciting or fun in any way, the occasional crazy rude customer oh boy
Everything with this company is great. Especially the management, I have never worked for a nicer bunch of people. :)
Pros is that you work from home and the hours are SUPER flexible, people trade shifts all the time. You could never do that at any other job. I am a college student so this has benefited me greatly!
The only con really (and it is a big one) is the job itself. It's tedious, you follow a script and have to repeat yourself ALOT. Some people you talk to are very rude. Imagine doing that for 6 hours straight. But that being said, there are people who have worked at AWL for 5 years now and still love it. So that's why I gave the job culture 3 out of five. It really depends on the person. Personally I couldn't see myself working here (or at any call center honestly) for much longer (I've been here almost a year now).
If love call center work, then All Web Leads is what you want!
