AllPhoneLeads.com is an early stage pay-per-call marketing startup that is currently seeking a Sr. Affiliate Marketing Manager to build the AllPhoneLeads.com’s distribution network. This position is responsible for managing and overseeing all affiliate recruitment and management activities in addition to hitting monthly revenue and profit goals. The successful applicant should have strong negotiation and communication skills combined with creativity to build and manage a vibrant affiliate base.
Identify and recruit strategic/high volume affiliate partners to join the AllPhoneLeads.com Network
Introduce affiliate marketers to advertiser campaigns in the AllPhoneLeads.com Network
Negotiate cost per call payouts with affiliate marketers
Manage affiliate marketer needs including offer setup and campaign reporting.
Work with sales managers to help with campaign performance and optimization
Communicate with accounting and technology teams in an effort to meet the needs of affiliate marketers.
Build monthly projected forecasts based on historical data as part of the planning process for active pay-per-call campaigns.
Stay abreast of the most cutting edge changes in pay-per-call as well as continue to research and identify new trends and strategies in the industry.
Act as primary day-to-day contact on Affiliate metrics and insights to the CEO.
Provides detailed daily, weekly and monthly performance reporting.
Be active on LinkedIn, Wickedfire, and other affiliate chat boards.
Achieve Gross Profit targets for pay per call campaigns
Achieve Revenue targets for pay per call campaigns
Achieve marketing metric goals, i.e. cost per call, conversion rates, ROI, gross margin.
2-3 years related experience in online affiliate marketing and/or affiliate management.
Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Ability to successfully train, manage and lead a team of Junior Affiliate Marketing Managers
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task, managing multiple simultaneous projects and resources.
Familiarity with industry research and prospecting tools including LinkedIn, KeywordSpy, WhatRunsWhere, Google Analytics, Google Trends, Spyfu, etc.
Basic knowledge of WordPress, HTML and CSS
