1.The company is almost 10 years old
2.They have burned through over $40 million in VC Capital (expensive money)
3. Their business model is not scalable (as they add more volume of calls, they have to add more staff to handle it)
4. They are actively looking to be purchased
5. Their new online application is a big fat BUST.
I give them less than a year.
