– more... to fall with supervisors pushing for the agents to sell sell sell, and not always being serviceable to what they are pitching, the commission report changes regularly with no agent really understanding how they are making money as well as the flip side why they aren't making what they used to, upper management is very friendly as long as your a known agent (someone who sells) and you can almost get away with anything (meaning getting off the phones when you want, sitting with someone to train them just because you want off the phone), some supervisors need more training on how to be supervisors and how to treat their agents, however you can usually look past all those faults when making 15 -25 dollars an hour with the commission ( again, if you able). – less
