The job itself is good. I like the parts they have me make and the jobs I do keep me on my toes and always thinking. Management is a big problem, always arguing with supervisors about petty things. Stress is a big problem, instead of keeping it to the minimum and trying to avoid it, management adds extra stress do jobs that doesn't need to be there. It is a great place to learn and has a lot of different departments to be able to learn as well. A typical day for me is programming/operating two Mazak lathes and one okuma lathe. I program mastercam to send over to three okuma mills. I also train new employees just starting out as well.
