Worked in a large inpatient pharmacy. Very fast paced and enjoyable team members.

Management team is unorganized and I feel like I'm in high school with all the drama with everyone. Mediocre pay and they don't care if you need anything.

I enjoy seeing the people at the local hospital near where I live. They are compassionate and loving. What else can I say?

Compensation is excellent. Politics are interesting - big health system but it is non-profit. Good benefits.

Busy enviroment, learned to work in different departments and great co-workers. Sometimes short staffed which can be difficult at times. Loved working with the community.

I worked int he phareceutical field with hopes of becoming full time shortly. I learned that not all things can be expected. The management was great however I was recently divorced at the time wiwth a 14 year old daughter that I was raising on my own with no help from her father. I would have stayed at Grass Lake forever if I could have provided for – more... myself and my daughter. But alll they had was part time and the longer I was there the more they extended the time of being able to make me full time and give me benefits. – less

I like working here. Most of the people are great to work with. I love working with the customers and making their orders.

Friendly coworkers, good pay and benefits, close to home. This job can be very stressful but very exciting.

Overall a great place to work, although the nurses seem to gossip a lot.

Allegiance is a busy and productive place. There is always something to do and you very seldom find yourself with nothing to do. I have learned a lot about patient care and how a typical medical office flows. Working in a cancer center the hardest part of my job is seeing all of our sick patients everyday, however it is enjoyable having the chance to – more... talk to them and get to know them and see them progress as they fight to beat this illness. I have met many strong willed people while working here our patients, my coworkers, and the managers. Everyone is so unique and I have enjoyed getting to know all of them. – less

While I enjoyed my work at Allegiance, helping the public, the management was difficult to work for. There was extensive gossiping, manipulation and unprofessionalism from the department upper management. This provided a difficult work environment. While the work itself was at times stressful, it was always rewarding.

I did my externship only there, but after doing 180 hrs I got to see alot of way things were done. They also accept anytime loss can be made up in that week.

Only left due to location. Progressive and caring culture.
