Pros: helpful coworkers
Cons: non-supportive department management
While I enjoyed my work at Allegiance, helping the public, the management was difficult to work for. There was extensive gossiping, manipulation and unprofessionalism from the department upper management. This provided a difficult work environment. While the work itself was at times stressful, it was always rewarding.
