Worked for Allegiance staffing for a company named AGS, we maded rear bumper's for GM Trucks. I was a appearance Inspector
for defect's in plastics and chrome. Management was O.K. to work for and coworkers were cool too, the hardest of the job was when you got lot's of defects in a row, and keeping the line moving, The best part of the job was when – more... we got the weekends off. – less

Pros: paid every week
Cons: not a everyday job
Long days packing and unpacking phones. Wasn't very much management. Hard part of work was you had to be really fast. and you worked all day from morning to night with a hour break.

recruiter (Current Employee), Raleigh, NCMay 16, 2014
I learned to better screen personalities, using the 3 day, 3 way hiring process. The hardest part of my job is coming across unreliable employees who successfully complete their interview process.

Temp
Temp (Current Employee), Tukwila, WAFebruary 26, 2014
A typical day may consist of working with food concessions, hotel room service, or banquet serving and setup and takedown. Through so many options, I learned a great deal about customer service, as well as how to finish jobs that others left unfinished. Management was simple, and emails are sent out weekly to inform employees of what kinds of jobs are – more... available. – less

Fast paced physical labor
Warehouse Associate (Former Employee), Sumner, WADecember 15, 2013
Pros: sense of accomplishment, bonus system based of performance
Cons: minimum wage
Typical day at work consisted of unloading or loading of freight to be shipped across the nation.
Payment was minimum wage, but there was a bonus system truly based off your personal performance then the performance of the entire site which made you motivated to excel.
Hard part of the job would be lifting rather heavy cargo either solo or in teams. – more... The most enjoyable part of the job would be the sense of accomplishment from completing either loading or unloading an entire container at a productive rate. – less

Cons: long hours good shoes required
I recommend Allegiance Staffing it employees experienced friendly team players, has flexible scheduling and very good online communications with its staff members.
My typical work day as a Banquet Server at the Century Link Stadium was to check in, change into their required uniform and walk to briefing room to be told who, what, when and where the – more... event will take place. Then find assigned location and professionally cater the event. I enjoyed the location lots of excersize and great contacts made. – less
