Mixed. I wonder if they have too many irons in the fire. Ever expanding growth has always been the main goal. Sometimes this backfires when challenges arise that spread company resources too thin. More focus by the board is needed.

Environment is awesome and the culture is cutthroat as employees snitch on each other to gain ground with poor management with the hopes of getting a better more flexible schedule. Attendance policy does not allow for lateness or sick days. Miss a shift twice in a year and you're fired.

There is no clear and consistent policy / procedures. It takes too long to hire and they duplicate too much in the process.

The working hours are scattered throughout the week. One flight may come in at 9am every Monday and another might be scheduled for Thursdays at 2pm. Very difficult to work into a full time job and most part time jobs.

You apply. HR sorts out the possible hires and informs the manager who will possibly at some point conduct a phone interview. If you pass the first step you may be called to travel to HQ to undergo an all day interview with multiple people. Travel and lodging are usually paid for my the company
