I think the people are the sole reason that this company thrives. They have a solid foundation of strong workers that will work late hours for productivity, but there is also a high turnover because not much reward is granted for that hard work, unless you are at the top levels.
I transitioned to Allegis Group Services after working at a sister company, Aerotek, for 2 years. Each experience with AGS is different depending on the account and team members you have but my particular experience was the best experience I've had to date. The team was great--very encouraging and willing to teach you anything you wanted to learn. I was fortunate enough to have a director who was personable, fun and enjoyed what he did. I am a strong believer in the idea that "everything trickles down from management" and my manager definitely created an environment we could all have fun in while still working hard. I had limitless opportunities to learn and apply my knowledge and my director actively discussed my interests within the company to get me on a promotion plan when I was ready. I left the company for a better opportunity but am still in touch with my team members. The experience was very rewarding and I would do it again in a heartbeat.
Flexibility with my responsibilities and team environment.
Compensation was misleading and benefits were expensive and sub par.

Engaging and productive work environment. I learned to manage my time effectively. I learned to have detailed coordination skills to manage 95 jobs at a time. I always worked in a team effort while having my individual responsibilities.
No potential for adavancement unless you fit thier "type"

I have been employed with this company for the last three years. I have absolutely no work life balance- have yet to take a vacation as the demands of my work supersede my ability to take time off. The pay is good. Not a fan of the $2500 deductible that has to be met before anything is covered on insurance. I have requested some feedback and asked what I needed to do to move into the next opportunity and have been stonewalled. This is not a place you will want to establish a long term career. Plan on working 40+ hours a week. The companies priorities come before you or your life or family.

No opportunity for growth or advancement, they hire illequiped people to manage a complicated process, require to many busy tasks instead of focusing on productivity

Poor management. HR is non-existent. Employees are unsure who to contact for questions about benefits and other HR concerns. Compensation is below market value and bonuses repeatedly not paid out when expected.
