Allen Health Care Services a provider of a wide range of services to help clients’ live productive and independent lives is seeking RN FIELD SUPERVISORS in all boroughs. Duties will include; making initial Home Care nursing visits and conducting patient assessments to include home safety, development of Plan of Care and MD orders, re-evaluation of patient’s nursing needs and provides those services requiring substantial specialized nursing skills, inclusive of but not limited to medication administration/pre-pours, specimen collection, treatments etc.

A minimum of one (2) year public health or home care experience.
