The sheer size of this facility reduces it's ability to create a totally harmonious working atmosphere
Pros: the salaries were good, majority of the staff were enjoyable to work with
Cons: that size facility is not for the fainthearted, scheduling face-time with management, due to patient/ management schedules, and infrequent department meetings, was difficult
Allenmore, and Multicare in general, are amazing in size and growth.
I worked at Allenmore for almost 2.5 years - through three management and several technologist changes. I enjoyed the job, the patients, my work.
Overall I believe the majority of the staff tried hard to maintain a
positive work atmosphere.
