Program / Relationship Manager (Current Employee), nationwideJanuary 7, 2013
This job is a virtual job which requires experitise in time managment, but the management of this company could be better. They tend to promote from within even if the person is not qualified, which leads to poor managment and leadership skills.

Not much room for advancement, jobs come and go, a temporary position.

Senior Staff Accountant (Former Employee), Portland, ORAugust 4, 2012
Pros: example: free lunches, etc.
Cons: example: short breaks, healthcare, etc.
Loved the culture and work environment as well team efforts. I learned more about non-profit organizations and how they play a part in our economy. The best part about this job was the flexibility to come in early and work without being frustrated about traffic. My duties were satisfying and varied, just what I love about the the position. The hardest – more... part of the job was the management change and being a temporary member of the organization. I hope to have an opportunity to be a part of this team again. – less
