This was by far the most dysfunctional job I have ever had. I never knew if I was the weekly golden child or the company idiot. The family environment is wonderful as long as you are a member of the family.
There is so much turnover at this place. If you decide to interview, ask about the turnover. When I asked that question, it was always the fault of the unmotivated, immoral and lazy previous employees, never management nor the environment. She bad mouths every single person there (along with any significant others). Don't forget the surveillance cameras!
Unless you want to be talked about after you quit (or get fired) in 6 months, don't waste your time. I won't even include it on a resume, I'd rather explain it as a break in service.
