Health and Wellness Program:

Health and Dental Coverage:
Health and Dental Insurance are becoming a large expense for companies large and small. At Alliance Labs and Summit Pharmaceuticals we support our employees by covering 100% of our teams health and dental insurance.

Wellness Program:
Alliance and Summit offers a wellness program to full time employees with six months of service. We encourage each member of our team to visit their physician or stay healthy through exercise. Team members are reimbursed on a monthly basis for a physician visit, prescription or gym membership. See HR for details.

Five year plan:
What is your five year plan? Complete five years of service and we reward your service with one extra week PTO at the completion of that year.

Summer Fun Trips
Each team member with one year of full time employment or more is provided summer fun trips for their families to beat the heat. Each employee receives tickets to their choice of theme parks such as Disneyland, Universal Studios or Knott’s Berry Farms, plus lodging and fun money to spend.

Community Giving:
Alliance and Summit supports local charity organization and staffs members are encouraged to volunteer their time as well as encouraging their family and friends to volunteer with our group. Each staff member that participates will receive paid hours towards their volunteer efforts with a maximum of 20 hours per year. Volunteer 8 hours – get 8 hours of paid time off.

Bonus Program:

Team Bonuses
To further support our vision of each member fulling their positional goals while building a resonant organization as a whole together, each team member is evaluated quarterly for their performance by their team peers. The team as a whole will score the performance. The team bonus is then divided based on score and determined by the team as a whole.

Retention Bonus:
Team members may apply for a retention bonus once annually. When applying the team member must state their accomplishments that support receiving the retention bonus and the amount they are seeking. The retention bonus will be evaluated by the team as a whole for approval. Please see HR for details.


Staff Education:
Alliance and Summit believe in supporting our team by providing additional paid training. Each employee may apply for additional educational training. Please see HR for details.
