Executive Assistant for the Director of Operations (Former Employee) – Cranston, RI – September 6, 2017
When reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations, as an Executive Assistant, I provided executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. As an Executive Assistant, I served as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication on all matters pertaining to the Office of the the Vice President of Operations here at Alliance Security. I also served as a liaison to the board of directors and senior management teams; I organized and coordinated executive outreach and internal/external relations efforts; and oversaw special projects assigned to me from the Vice President of Operations or CEO.
As an Executive Assistant I was assigned to work with other departments and managing their projects, inventory, and shipping. In this position I was required be creative and enjoy working within a small, entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and community oriented. As an E.A. I had to have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. I also worked independently on projects, from conception to completion, and had to be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
