Cons: far in distance
The jobs were temporary so they were not that bad all productive and very helpful for skill so i apperciate being able to learn from them.

Not happy
Temporary job- warehouse/assembly (Former Employee), Streetsboro, OHNovember 19, 2013
I was working 11 hours a day, 5 days a week and 6-10 hours on Saturday. I was spending more in gas and babysitting cost than I was making and hardly got to spend any time with my kids.
I had to get up around 4:30 AM, get ready and get my youngest son ready, drive 20 minutes to drop him off at the baby sitters and be to work by 6:00 AM. I usually got – more... off work around 5:30 PM and got home around 6:30-7:00 PM. I was in bed by 8:30-9:00 PM just to do it all over again. Standing the whole time was the hardest part of this job. The most enjoyable part was meeting new people. – less

This was a temporary position. The position was easy and since I like to work with my hands, I liked coming into work.

Temp work is the worst.
CNC Machinist (Former Employee), Tallmadge, OHMay 4, 2013
Pros: except for the day i found another job on my own.
Cons: everything about it.
It was the most horrible working experience of my life. I was treated like a non-employee by the company I was assigned to work for. They expected impossible goals: the rate of production was based solely upon the cycle time of the machine. I believe the company I was assigned to is no longer in business, which doesn't surprise me.

Good place to work
State Registered Nurse Assistant (Current Employee), Lexington, KYDecember 16, 2012
Pros: work is offered; it is not mandatory that a position is accepted.
Cons: sometimes the mileage is not worth the hourly rate for one shift of work
Alliance Healthcare Agency is an 'as needed' workforce. They employ on call nurses and CNAs to staff hospitals, nursing homes and as sitters in hospitals and residents. The best thing about the company is that it is an "on-call" agaency. It is not mandatory that any position is accepted. Pay is an hourly rate. I'm not sure what it is based upon. For – more... the miles that one may drive, the pay may or may not be justified for a CNA position. If one needs employment to keep certification current and for extra funds, this is a good job. The staff is courteous, although availibility of work/hours is not guareenteed. Nurses may have more opportunity for employment than CNAs.

Shifts are for 4, 8 or 12 hours. The hardest part of the job is lifting heavy people or having difficult in-house staff members.

I don't use this employment to pay any creditors or bills. It is good for non-obligated funds. I work maybe three to 5 times per month. For 2012, I did not earn $3,500 for the year. – less

Supervisor (Former Employee), Chicago, ILJuly 24, 2012
I enjoyed this job so much in every way. Helping people to get a job. Meeting new people. Driving all over Chicago to the job-sites and supervise the employees, and helping employers with any problems or questions they might have.
