Must have experience in monitoring/project mgmt and part pricing.
Looking for the right candidate who can grow from CSR into a part pricing coordinator plus CSR.
Ideal candidates would be able to:
Compute part pricing and other quotes, in response to customer RFQs, while ensuring maximized profit, and customer acquisition and satisfaction.
Create and monitor customer project/issue timelines or tracking sheets, to ensure a continuous and successful flow through the numerous steps and internal/external people or organizations, without missing items, in a predictable, reportable, and timely fashion.
Handle business customer problems and/or internal problems with professionalism at all times, directing more complex issues and/or escalations seamlessly to the Customer Service Manager, or other management as necessary
Hours are M-F 8am-5pm
