Stop firing people for little mistakes, yelling at a new guard that has little to no training is inexcusable. Not only are they just hiring and firing people without a second thought... they wonder why people want to quit? Treat your employees right! Listen to them if something goes wrong, and I don't mean if a fire happens or something security related. I mean if they don't respond to something the way they were supposed to, stop acting like we're perfect robots that can just do everything in every way YOU want. I mean this in the most honest way. I want to see Allied succeed, I just wish it would have been sooner.

Terrible because people call out all of the time and you could be stuck working overnight or risk getting fired.
