This company is good for people off the street or for college students like me. Stress can be from the management team but also depends on the location. I know in NY they don’t give 2 cents if your trying to transfer to a better site. I’ve been waiting 1 month and a half and they still haven’t gotten my replacement. Management including Account Managers need to put in more work. Also working with your other Co-Workers can be another stress if they think they are above the rules.

No guidance from Senior Management, you will not hear from your supervisor, they will drop you on a post and let you sink or swim..make a mistake and you will be fired without even being told why. They hire anyone off the street with a guard card, just to fill a space with a body. Professionals...do not work for this company!

This company does not care about the employees in any aspect. They pick favorites and only the friends of the supervisor or manager gets the best hours and better pay. Even the Human Resources department is unorganized and unprofessional.

The most stressful thing would be, just like any new job, getting acquainted with the site and employees/co-workers. Ask as many questions as possible and if you do not get answers, contact your local AUS office for help. Great company to work for!
