Security Officer (Full-time) (Current Employee) –  Volo, ILMay 10, 2017
I spend most of my day answering phones; checking in badges; monitoring the cameras; giving breaks. Every co-worker is willing to answer questions and help the new employees.

good pay

Too much work and no guidance
HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR (Former Employee) –  Long Island City, NYMay 7, 2017
From sorting through emails to helping account managers deal with various of situation. An HRC position is one that requires a lot of organizational skills. If you like making your own structure with almost no guidance, this is the place for you. The hardest part is finding out what you are not responsible for. It seems that any task that does not have an owner becomes another task for an HRC.
Pros
Healthcare
Cons
biweekly pay, lack of pay

Training Extensive
Security Site Supervisor (Current Employee) –  Jacksonville, FLMay 6, 2017
With this company you are back in the class room. Training from scenarios to online courses you are required to do monthly and some on a time frame depending which site you go to depends on what courses you are expected to complete. Plus monthly testing while on the job. This company definitely is not a laid back security company. They keep there officers up to date on regulations.
Pros
Training
Cons
Officers come and go from all the training and takes forever to recruit on coming officers.
