Does not empower employees due to lack of training, providing minimal information to execute program components, no part time or full time position opportunites to move up to from freelance work, low retainment rate of new hires.
Hourly wages are extremely low compared to industry standards and cost of living in California.
Guidelines that benefit and safety net the employer, while hurting and leaving the employee vulnerable.
In need of co-hesive leader to pull organization together to meet a common goal, yet to be clearly defined.
