Material Coordinator, Kentucky - April 22, 2014
Where to start? I have worked with AGM for over a year now. They have stiffed many employees I work with, consequently leading to the form of a Union. Pay is pretty good, but only because they have a DoD contract. Management, including HR, only wants the best for the Company, definitely not the employees. There is no room for advancement. Benefits are nothing special either; the insurance is ridiculous. I would never recommend AGM to anyone, not even enemies. AGM reaps the benefits of hiring employees for Company benefits. They recently hired a lot of veterans to gain this compensation from the government, and then laid them off (knowing they would be).
