Customer Service Representative
A busy insurance office is seeking a Customer Service Representative. This person will manage all incoming phone calls, policy changes, payment processing, scheduling appointments, claims reporting, etc. All candidates must be proficient with computers, email systems, Microsoft Office software and faxing/scanning documents. This is a part time 30 hour per week position (Mon thru Fri 8:30 to 3:00). Property and Casualty insurance license required within 3 months of hire.
