We are Allstate Leasing a WD Larson Co; as we continue to grow, we have an opening for a Lease Account Manager at our St Louis Park, MN leasing location. The role of the Lease Account Manager is to plan, organize, and sell full line of truck leasing services including: long term full service lease, contract maintenance, and other services offered by interacting with assigned customers and generating new business within an assigned territory.
Call on prospects & current customers and assigned accounts within assigned territory.
Accountable to meet sales quotas and monthly sales activity goals.
Conduct sales and capabilities presentations; perform needs assessments, facility tours,
and vehicle demonstrations as needed.
Develop proper equipment specification for opportunities by keeping current on medium
and heavy-duty truck specifications including legal, performance, and application criteria.
Ability to identify the needs of a prospect or customer and create a solution that will position Allstate Leasing to be awarded business and gain new accounts.
Create target lists, participates in sales blitzes, and pursue prospective business within
an assigned territory
Ideal Candidate Would Possess:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Effective time management and strong analytical skills.
Minimum 2 years of direct outside sales experience.
Broad knowledge of Industry services, products and marketing techniques.
College Degree preferred
Strong computer skills highly desired
Lease/rental sales experience preferred
