I applied for a Claim's Assistant position awhile back and still haven't heard anything. They usually send a rejection email(I applied for a different position with them awhile back, forgot how long it took to get the email), if you weren't qualify.. But I haven't received anything yet. Like everyone else, I am desperate for a job. From what I saw in the description, I meet all the requirements, but of course, I'm pretty sure so does hundreds others. But this position has been posted a few times in the past until I finally decided to read what it's all about.

Are people dressed in business casual, jeans and t-shirts, or full-on suits? Do folks get together for Friday happy hours and friendly get-togethers?

I don't know what they looking to hire I aply 1000 times I have 10 years exp. I never have one call... I know only hire mexicans with not education or skill to have customer like 100% mexicans I don't belive anymore about Spa/Engh jobs.....

I am in the application process for a claims position. I just filled out all the release forms and I understand that the job is contingent on a background check. Does anyone know what they look for in terms of the background check? I have a few blemishes on my credit report - but otherwise no criminal or drug or anything like that.
