Pros: casual attire; great activities
Cons: schedule flexibility and short breaks
I loved working for the San Antonio Allstate Call Center. From the classes to the phones, everything was customer focused but with positive reinforcement and a fun environment. Everyday was different, but enjoyable, and there was something new to learn all the time. The management team were always ready to help, keep us positive when a customer criticized, – more... and helped us work out the troublesome times. The hardest part was keeping up with the different laws in each state but you learn. The most enjoyable part was talking to our clients throughout the U.S. – less

Pros: amazing boss with a lot of incentives

I worked for the family insurance agent. It was my first real job with a lot of responsibility in high school. Worked weekends alone and was offered to take classes to become and agent. – more... Being able to speak spanish opened a lot of doors for me in this position and brought in a lot of new clients or existing clients wanting to expand their policy. – less
