Sales & Service Representative (Former Employee), Junction City, KS – June 18, 2013
Pros: you meet some pretety interesting people...
Cons: getting promoted is based on the people you know...
Being I opened the first Alltel store in my state, I would have thought there would be better chances for advancement. If your a good salesperson, you are stuck in sales.

Wireless Consultant (Former Employee), Valdosta, GA – June 5, 2013
The best part of working here was building your own clientele. Technology is very important to people especially their mobile phones so it's very gratifying to know that someone trust you to handle their wireless needs.

Worked in small teams which made it easy to get to know co workers in such a large comapny.
Financial Services Representative (Former Employee), Issaquah, WA – May 17, 2013
Pros: shift bid meant we could count on our shifts
Cons: it was a stressful time to be there, they closed the building and laid everybody off right after i left.
I handled incoming calls from subscribers to help with payment arrangements so that their service would not be shut off prematurely. Usually callers just needed information on their bill and payment due dates so that they could keep current.

Balance - great Company
Floating Assistant Manager (Former Employee), South Georgia – April 13, 2013
Pros: great recognition and benefits
Cons: slow business and challenging sales opportunities
Coach and develop your team and prepare your day. Role plays and scenarios to help prepare your team for great sales day. I have learned best how to coach my team and do my best observations. I enjoyed my management team and support that was provided. The hardest part of my job was overcoming customer objections to close the sale.
I thoroughly enjoyed – more... working with my staff and with customers to ensure complete satisfaction. – less

Small company with competitive prices and devices. Must be able to maintain monthly sales quotas. Technology is always changing so you must be a self-motivator.
