Being I opened the first Alltel store in my state, I would have thought there would be better chances for advancement. If your a good salesperson, you are stuck in sales.

as a call center job it was a little hard to balance both personal life and work life since it is sometimes very frustrating to deal with irate costumers

The best part of working here was building your own clientele. Technology is very important to people especially their mobile phones so it's very gratifying to know that someone trust you to handle their wireless needs.

was a Technical Support Specialist I assisted customers with web
access, voicemail, and data services as well as phone calls. We were to upsell and meet our matrix on a weekly basis.

I handled incoming calls from subscribers to help with payment arrangements so that their service would not be shut off prematurely. Usually callers just needed information on their bill and payment due dates so that they could keep current.

A typical day at work you see many different people with all kinds of different issues to be assisted with. You work with all kinds of personalities. The hardest part of the job is staying consist in your approach to meet you monthly sales quota.

I will never work for another company that puts money and sales above everything else. Thank you for showing me that the bottom line is more important than your employees.

This credit union is a good credit union and it is a steady growing. When I was working there the benefits and pay was not all good but it could have changed since I left.

Learned management skills and analytical skills. Made it a fun and exciting environment for our representatives, by promoting daily and monthly contests.

Coach and develop your team and prepare your day. Role plays and scenarios to help prepare your team for great sales day. I have learned best how to coach my team and do my best observations. I enjoyed my management team and support that was provided. The hardest part of my job was overcoming customer objections to close the sale.

Small company with competitive prices and devices. Must be able to maintain monthly sales quotas. Technology is always changing so you must be a self-motivator.

It was a good desk job with likable coworkers and managers. Sad that it was bought out by Verizon.

Enjoyed the customers, and the staff. Enjoyed the management at Alltel. Was a sales representative with contracts for kiosks in each of the local area Walmart locations.

nothing spectualar no perks just inbound call center. the bonus were nice but that was about it.
