Hires anyone walks in door. No drug test and because good nurses won't stay and have their license on the line for illegal charting, office staff is a joke no communication between office family and nurses . Madison TN former RN case manager

Terrible stressful environment in patients homes , the company doesn't advocate for nurses it's all about keeping clients numbers up. Company has attitude family/ patients is always right even if it means not following doctors orders and doing what family wants

None for the first full year THEN only if you had 34 hours a week during that first year--but, strange they always seem to keep you UNDER that amount.

Madison TN former RN worked for them 7 years prior to merge with Almost Family. Nurses and CNA' s would be given cases over 2 hours from home. Made feel guilty if didn't work on scheduled days off with no overtime pay , illegal charting , breakdown in communication between office, family and field nurses. Made the nurses look bad. CNA's were told to act like lpn if asked by family to look better on company.
