Why are people working there still making the same amount that they did when they walk through the door years ago? There should be annual reviews and incentive based on those reviews on top of Commission.

Updated training material that has been proofread. Faster computers, longer training period so that trainees don't feel rushed and trainers aren't rushing through the material, fewer classroom interruptions from outside and inside. Better, more experienced trainers are needed. My trainer worked for a credit company and was pulled and trained as a trainer just a few weeks before her class of trainees started.
Its the blind leading the blind.

Treat agents better. Have professional managers that are highly trained for the job. I worked on the Fredericksburg Va call center. I loved what I was doing. I dis liked the way management ran things

It would have been in the best interest of the Reno, NV Office to work with former agents that wanted to see the company succeed instead of them walking out the door. It just showed how much you don't care about people that were really excited working there.

Sounds like "undercover boss", from Irvine CA., Corporate office needs to perform repetitive visits and ALL locations.

Hidden cameras always worked for me to remove the dead weight.

Basically I think that management is okay over there and they too are overworked and underpaid as much as the Reps the sales reps need to be compensated and it's $11 an hour just isn't going to cut it

Better communication would be a good start. HR was not very professional, they acted very childish.

To prevent people from leaving, I would suggest they PAY MORE. The cost of living keeps going up. The minimum to get by is now around $15.00 per hour.
