Horrible
Environmental coordinator (Former Employee) –  FloridaJanuary 12, 2016
Horrible management, unrealistic expectations from underpaid and overworked staff, no benefits - crooks. What makes matters worse is that they pride themselves in being a Christian company - extremely poor examples.
Pros
Independence when in field
Cons
Everything else

Can only speak for florida office.
Hi Tension, not in a good way, workplace environment - check
daily dose of (fill in the blank) harassment - check
overbearing religious overtones - check
severe lack of ethics - check
racial / gender inequality - check

One field consultant, paid less than 30k/yr salary had 60 site inspections to perform weekly (most have 30-40, pay attention and do the math), so in an 8 hour day that is 12 inspections. I'm not talking about doing a lot and walking to the next lot, no do a lot, then drive across town to the next lot. So we're up to 12/day plus driving time between each. if each inspection takes an avg time of 30min +/- that's a minimum 6hr inspection time/day. This is not inclusive of inspection documentation and reporting for each site, that's done during your "down time". NOW let's talk about the weather. If a site rx's a significant amount of rainfall it has to be re-inspected within 24hrs. Have you seen the amount of rain we get down here?

Bottom line - if I'm a company looking to stay out of hot water with DEP, I would do the math above and see if I'm getting what I paid for.
Pros
At least you can get out of an office

Field Consultant, Indianapolis Market (Former Employee) –  Indianapolis, INJanuary 6, 2016
Job was flexible with hours, allowing me to create my own schedule. Management was friendly and help was always available for help with questions if they were to arise. Work was not terribly difficult but consistency was important.

Don't waste your time
consultant (Former Employee) –  Flagler co,flAugust 1, 2015
They charge you to use their computer and phone!
Must work long hours after rain events. Must use your own car.
Offer full time then change to part time so as not to pay benefits.
Very low profit margin so they are barely getting by.
Pros
none
Cons
alot

Overloaded and Underpaid
Field Service Manager (Former Employee) –  Charleston, SCApril 15, 2014
With the company being young and less experienced, they are always changing proceedures and titles. Doesnt sound bad, but they dont convey changes to the field. They charge workers if they break a tool or machine while at work and dont tell them until they notice on their check. Prefer the Fear management technique. Inexperience shows during their billing, interviewing and hiring. Not organized! Extremely high turnover! Stay away for this place!!!!

upper management
