House manager position offers a great opportunity for those seeking advancement within our company. We offer career advancement options to those who qualify. Our house management positions are critical for the overall success of ensuring that staff are on task and staffing at specific locations are adequate and in compliance with regulations. Other responsibilities include ensuring location budget adherence, doctor visits, direct care, individual service plan meetings, able to work with others effectively at all times. ALL APPLICANTS MUST POSSESS ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:

2 Years of experience within Group Home Environment (CNA or DSP preferred)
1 Year of Supervisory Experience within Health Care Industry

Social Service Background
Human Service Background
Group Homes
CILA Rules/Regulations
Medication Assistance
Direct Support Techniques
Computer/Internet Proficient
Microsoft Office Suite

Education Requirements:
High School Diploma (Required)
A.S. or B.S. Degrees (Preferred)

Other Requirements:
Candidates must pass finger print back ground checks.
No disqualifying offenses.
Valid Drivers License
Must have own reliable transportation
