Unfortunately AlphaGraphics is at a point in its lifecycle where the objective is protecting the bottom line rather than dreaming big. This is good for the board and keeps the company safely from going underwater (a risk it has faced in the past). But without that drive to risk something for the sake of changing the world, the brand and work environment suffer tremendously. This is maybe nobody's fault and possibly inevitable. Ownership wants smart management and they have it. But there is no creative vision at the moment. Zero fight, zero passion. Skimping and making deals but no relationships anymore.
