They say all the right things and do all the wrong things. It's stressful all the time. They never fix their problems. No one is accountable for what they do or don't do. So, it's not great.

The actual in lab work experience was great, good people and easy work, though sometimes a lot, the work was simple once you learned it. But the culture was stale, the only people there were ones that had been there for 15+ years, and even they were leaving due to poor management and a company that was failing its employees.
