Commi II,Certified Trainer- Pinkberry (Current Employee), KuwaitNovember 5, 2012
Pros: annual leave, free meal
Cons: short breaks, graveyard shift, no tips
I learned a lot of things from management, values, dealing with other people, dealing with problems professionally, setting goals and priorities.
I can say that the management is good, not the best due to some reasons like on the benefits and salary.
The hardest part of the job is we are in the 24 hour operation, so we have 3 shifts, and being on the graveyard – more... shift is the hardest part.
Most enjoyable part of the job is during holidays we have double payment, having a supportive manager and staff. – less

Job
"The Body Shop" Manager Assistant PL (Former Employee), Wrocław, PLFebruary 17, 2014
Cons: too high targets for the sale of the company which made it impossible to earn the bonus employees
Typical day at work start from checking e-mails, and provide information to employees. Adding the goods on the shelves, clean up, opening cash, cash counting and enter into securities audit. I learned customer service, sales techniques , working with team and office. I learned how to print and read reports, filling securities. My co-workers were loyal, – more... well organized and possess extensive knowledge of products. The hardest part of the job in the beginning was put together yourself where are the reports and input from the accepted delivery. The most pleasant part of the job was the contact with the customer, performing treatments, performing make-up, working with the team. – less

Well structured and focused organisation.
Personal Assistant to Regional Development Manager (Former Employee), Dubai, UAEMarch 16, 2013
Pros: structured, business growth oriented.
Cons: not too much of personal growth and monetary benefits.
The Retail Industry is an extremly busy field to be in. There was always the next event to plan for.

I learned structure, time management, people skills, organisation skills and new store openings.

I worked with several Operations Managers and learned and enjoyed so much from each of them. My co-workers were like a unit and we depended on each other – more... to complete our respective tasks to achieve a common goal.

The hardest part was leaving the company; it was time to move for professional and monetary growth.

The most enjoyable part of my job was meeting my team everyday and working on different projects for the season. – less
