Chief Nursing Officer, Las Vegas, NM - March 28, 2016
A typical workday included multi-tasking at several levels, with minimal support from others. I have learned to be self-reliant. The management is supportive but expectations are unrealistic and hard to achieve. The supporting staff involves utilizing different levels of leadership styles to coordinate care. The hardest part of the job is finding a balance between leadership and servant leadership. The most enjoyable part of the job was increasing HCAPS scores and then receiving a bonus work accomplished last year.
