A typical day consists of working with Front/Back Office Staff, Medical Providers and clinical staff; learning about the different workflows and processes within each clinic; assisting providers with optimizing their documentation processess and efficiency; collaborating with coworkers for best practices, process improvement, and user acceptance testing.

The hardest part of the job is wanting to be able to reach out to all staff members simultaneously, whether it be through shadowing during work, or providing more assistance remotely or through phone calls. The most enjoyable part of the job is providing effective training to staff, while being able to take back much needed information as to how each clinic is conducted. – less
