Job Summary: We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative with great communication, excellent writing skills, polished presentation and great work ethic. The ideal candidate would possess a great attention to detail, extensive experience in a Customer Service position and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks.
1+ year Experience in customer service or sales in an office setting
Excellent verbal and written skills are a must
Proficient with Microsoft windows and have computer knowledge.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls/emails while maintaining a professional demeanor
Willing to work in a fast pace environment.
Critical thinker, willing and able to identify problems, and offer suggestions for improvement
Works well and efficiently under minimum supervision.
