Pros: my direct manager was great about scheduling around family needs, i dont know if all are.
Cons: healthcare, ability to move up, built on a weak foundation, poor management of employees, no training, to many offshore associates. i could go on and on and on
Steer clear of this company its held up by 2x4s and sand bags. You will be over worked and under paid. The management never knows what is going on and the company cannot secure any large clients to keep itself afloat.
If you have step children that do not live with you they will not cover them on insurance. The insurance is horrible I mean horrible. – more... Its very expensive and the deductibles are huge. The paid time off was generous but you dont start earning until you are there for 90 days so dont plan on taking any time off for at least 6 months because you wont have time to do so.
A majority of the leg work is completed off shore, so it makes it extremely difficult to get anything done the 1st time around and you spend almost your entire day fixing off shore mistakes.
To get a job there you have to pass the wonderlic test, its nothing more than a short SAT and its suppose to weed out the idiots, I'm here to tell you it doesn't.
If I could rate this company with 0 stars I would.
The company is a complete joke and I would never tell anyone I know to take a job there because its a miserable place to work. – less
