A typical day of work consists of completing as many work orders as possible. New work orders come in on a regular basis throughout the day. We provide support to the Teaching and Administrative staff at the school sites and the District Office. They use a variety of computer equipment including Desktops, Laptops, Thin Clients, Printers, Smart Boards, Projectors, iPods/iPads, IP phones and much more. It is a mixed network of Windows, Macs, and Thin Clients on an Active Directory Network.
Management is very caring and accommodating when personal needs arise.
Co-workers are easy to work with and the environment is fun for the most part.
The hardest part of the job is making sure all issues are taken care of to the satisfaction of the Users.
The most enjoyable part of the job is providing excellent customer service to the Users.
