My volunteering experience at Alvarado Hospital was a really great experience. I volunteer at the Outpatient Physical Therapy and my job was to clean equipments and observed how the therapist was working with there patients. I learned how to use different kind of rehabilitation machines, techniques, and injuries that each patient has. The hardest part
– more... of my volunteering job was not being able to have hands on experience with the patients. The most enjoyable part was getting to observed the typical responsibilities of real life physical therapist at work. Lastly, my supervisors ( physical therapist's) taught me a lot about physical therapy and I enjoyed working and learning from them. – less
