Pri-Med is looking for an Education Development Coordinator to join our team! The Educational Development Coordinator plays a key role in Pri-Med’s collaborations with Educational Partners and faculty. This role touches every aspect of the process from the pre-grant stage, to activity fulfillment, to post-event reporting. The Educational Development Coordinator serves as the main point of contact for internal teams and external faculty relative to a given program or activity. The Educational Development Coordinator ensures deliverables are met, and helps to drive programs forward.
This position will assist the Educational Development Manager in researching contact information and affiliations for faculty invitations for Annual and Regional Meetings. This position will create planning grids prior to the start of the event, process faculty expense reports and compile post-activity feedback. In addition, this position will work in SalesLogix to ensure that all faculty information is accurate and compile, revise and review Educational Partner Toolkit materials. This position will assist in supporting the accreditation process by providing post-activity quantitative evaluation summaries, needs assessment data and qualitative comments for reporting.

Qualified candidates must have a BS/BA and a minimum of two to three years of professional work experience. The ideal candidate for this role must be detailed-oriented, have exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail. This role requires the ability to work collaboratively on a fast paced team and to travel and manage faculty room for select national programs. Experience with Microsoft Office programs is essential; Saleslogix a plus.
