Cons: nothing as such in particular.
Amazon being the worlds largest online shopping site company had the best work atmosphere where equal opportunities were given to everyone. An individuals hard work and dedication was truly recognized and appreciated in forms of bonus and promotions. My day to day activities included meeting with new recruits screening them for the job process and assisting – more... the HR team. Being into HR team and an active member of funsters ( Team building Group activities) we enjoyed work. I learned how to deal day to day activities of HR and interacting with new people on daily basis which in turn improved my social skills and boost my confidence. Hardest part of the job was when we had to declare the results of the interviews held. The most loving part was to interact and be a bridge between the employees and the management. – less
