Too long of a wait . They should do a better way of it anyway. Why is there online shopping is fast but Getting a group of staff together is so slow.

It's a group orientation, where the instructor discusses more about the job, you take your drug test, it gets sent out, then you wait about 7-14 days for a email that you've been hired and/or denied. if hired the email contains your start date, your shift and where to go.

My experiece.
Applied online and completes all assessments.
Two days later received an email invitation to schedule my the hiring event.
Arrived at event and handed the hiring staff two forms of ID immediately.
Myself and at least 40 other people shortly followed into a big room with tables and chairs set up with a drug test.
We all filled out an availability sheet ,did our drug test and took a work ID picture..this process took 1 hour.
We left and I received the New Hire orientation two days later.
