Learned how to use different VPN's and other remote access methods. Management is well rounded as well as co workers. The hardest part of the job is explaining to the customer you haven't looked at the issue yet because you have 20+ tickets. As long as your organized and keep your customers prioritized you should have no problem keeping up with your trouble ticket batch.
