Pros: absolutely none
Cons: awful management, unprofessional, rude, uneducated, not caring.
Hands down, the absolute worst company I have ever worked for! I worked as an RN in the Hackensack office before I wised up and quit (along with a lot of other people). The administrator for hospice is one of the most uncapable people I have ever encountered. The business office manager was just as bad. The BOM is rude, unprofessional, crass and nasty (including to patients and families, not just colleagues). I know of other people who were treated a lot worst than me while working in the Hackensack office. I'm glad to be gone! "Morning meeting" consisted of having to hear our egotistical administrator share her personal life (TMI) with us on a daily basis. Waste of time to have to be in the office for that. No one here knew what they were doing. Understaffed, not able to keep staff, high turnover and they don't care where they send you. Never once saw admin venture out into the field to help anyone. Nurses, aides, saleswomen and office staff were quitting left and right. Dismal work environment in the office, not any better in the field
