calls all day long in/out bound calls is exciting. managers were always on duty monitoring the calls the team was exciting, its easy but have its ups and downs.

I love sales but not over the phone. I want to be honest here, telemarketing is not one of my favorite jobs even though I am great with sells! I would prefer to do research marketing over the phone or doing surveys which is basically the same thing. The hard part of the job was staying awake!! Only because i am sort of hyper so i would like a job where – more...  i am constantly moving around and not sitting all day talking on the phone! It was a fast growing company. I learned everything from each product that was sold. It was a large company and management was different often. Co-workers were nice and we worked as a team. I enjoyed it.

This was a fun work place for me because I had just gotten out of school and worked with most of my friends. A typical day at work would consist of inbound and outbound calls, but in between calls, we were a very close family type crowd. The managers were very professional and down to business but they were also down to earth and very open minded. The – more...  only hard part of this job was customers hanging up on me while making outbound calls but it happens and you just move on. The most enjoyable part of this job was working with friends. I loved the layout of the office and having managers I could talk to when having a bad day, they never made me feel like i couldn't do my job, but always encouraged me to keep going. – less
