Key Holder, Bethesda, MD - April 8, 2017
I have worked at American Apparel as a part time Key Holder for a little over 2 years and what I loved most was how flexible it was whenever something unexpected came up. My managers worked with me to figure out who can cover my shift anytime I needed it, train me on anything I needed more help with, and whenever I was manager on duty and I was having an issue, they were a quick phone call away. The management itself could be unorganized sometimes, but that was out of the store managers' hands. We follow what we're told by Corporate managers, but there would be times where there isn't enough communication.
