A dysfunctional office environment but many good people
Graphic Designer (Former Employee) –  Washington, DCFebruary 17, 2017
A dysfunctional office environment in which management ego supersedes the value of employees.

There is no structure for compensation of the overtime required for the completion of deadline oriented workload.

Very cliquish.

It is really a nice place to work
Meetings Coordinator (Former Employee) –  Washington, DCMarch 19, 2015
I learned a lot from management as well as co-workers. The hardest part of the job was being alone at the Annual Meeting while the others were at the Convention Center, I was left at the headquarter hotel to make sure all of the governance meetings were all ok.
The part if enjoyed most about the job was the social atmosphere.
Pros
Social events every holiday
Cons
I didn't really have any cons about this organization
