In order for you to reach your goals, you must work around the clock. There is little or no time off. Nights and weekends are a must even for Strides. You work when volunteers can get together. You earn PTO quickly but being able to use it is another thing.

Give people goals they can reach and have positions that last in title longer than a year. When a new employee is laid off less than 90-days into their work, it really deflates others. Encourage employees to take time off and let them use their creativity to reach their goals instead of dated fundraising platforms.

High stress! Staff are often given goals that are unattainable. Layoffs loom so constantly. If you interview, ask how many layoffs have occurred in that office? Be specific.
