In order for you to reach your goals, you must work around the clock. There is little or no time off. Nights and weekends are a must even for Strides. You work when volunteers can get together. You earn PTO quickly but being able to use it is another thing.

Depends on what you are doing. Fundraising can be from 9am to 11 pm. Making Strides Against Breast Cancer is 9 to 5.

Sounds like the employees were overwhelmed. Which could lead to burnout. Perhaps a few more individuals could lighten the lould and things could be calmer.More will get done

You work constantly. I still get calls from volunteers and have to redirect them. You never really get time off even though you have earned it.
